Problem Symptoms:
For the last four months i have been experiencing TCP/IP connection loss on my ADSL account. This is most apparent during online streaming and downloads which abruptly halts and looses TCP/IP connection after no specific interval of time or data transfer.
It seems to happen on both IS and SAIX the service providers seem oblivious to this problem however numerous colleagues have informed me that hey have the same problem on their ADSL lines irrespective of speed and service provider.
Any suggestions will be helpful. An if u have this problem hassle your ISP or Telkom as much as possible.

I'm not incapable with computers so its not the obvious problem, nothing on my side of the deal!!
