firmware and technical backup for Stor.E Tv

I Bought the 500Gig device about three months ago and it works, but the are software glitches that you have to work your way around. Trying to get a response from Toshiba locally or overseas does not get any answers. They selling the product and it works but don't expect any firmware upgrades to sort out the glitches as they not interested. So my advice rather look for a device where there is ongoing support. Just Google Stor.e tv on the web and see how many people are getting no response from Toshiba
 
i just bought another 320gb to replace my 120gb in my mvix portable.... i prefer mvix to be honest... eventhough my 120gb 5400rpm drive crashed on me after 1 yr...
the unit can take up to 500gb 2.5" drive.. 7200rpm sata drive... love it
