No, I am quite happy that you did not get the bonus point thank you very much.... was shouting for a Stormers win so that the Brumbies did not move up the log but the extra point would have given you the edge in the last few matches <says an ardent Sharks supporter!>

We may just beat the Waratahs and then we got the Lions...
So we may just be in the semi's.
Sharks not so easy now, and they were way ahead of the Stormers once.

We got the Chiefs and the Cheetahs at home. Stormers have the Waratahs at home and the Lions away.

We sitting 6th and have got 5 and 13 at home. You lie 4th and have 2 at home and 14 away.

Looks like much the same diffs to me?

EDIT : Note that even with 10 point wins in the last two matches no team can pass the Crusaders on the log! Damn you Sharks for blowing that game against them! Ending second is the best you can hope for! Or Stormers second Sharks third and then we get to play you in the semis at Newlands! Actually thinking out loud here... Stormers second, Sharks fourth, or vice versa and we both win our semis and meet in the Final!

Our fate is now in our hands. As long as we play better than the teams below us (at the same time beat the Waratahs) we will be in the semi's. If we don't make it we only have ourselves to blame. A lot of our game seemed to break down at 8th man/scrumhalf where the Brumbies put pressure on us. I am an admirer of January so I don't think it was all his fault, our coach must have a good look at this and sort it out. We were also not committing enough players to the breakdown. When you are doing well all the players want toscore and get "white line fever". I was realy impressed with our locks play in the tight and the loose. They are making a massive difference to our season.

We'll chat after next week... it will make all the permutations easier. We got the Cheetahs at home, you got the Tahs. Win by us, loss to you and you have a few points to make up! :)

Well I got me some Stormers tickets, and a warm jacket.:)

Good luck to your team, they're gonna need some.

Rassie is a legend! Does anybody think Jean De Villiers is having the season of his life after taking over the reigns from Luke?

Just worried about the Lions, we seem to lose the easier games.

The way the Lions are playing. I am really not worried about them at all mate.

We struggled in the past, we always had the best team on paper but somehow Rassie seems to get the best out of the players.

Im not worried ;)

I think the purchase of Mujati was a masterstroke. I know he was also trying to buy the Free State prop Du Plessis but he wanted too much money and the Sharks made a bigger offer. It has worked in out favour. Mujati has made a big impact. Also young Bekker is playing well. Peter Grant is maturing into the best flyhalf in SA as well. Bobo and January have returned to their home province and are playing with a lot of passion.

GO SHARKS! :) One down, one to go!

Now seriously starting to wonder if it will suit sharks better if Stormers win or lose... hmmmm. I always shout for the SA teams except when it affects the Sharks... best I start doing the maths before the Stormers game starts!
