More chance of the Blues beating the Canes me thinks.
Stormers need to win with BP, nothing else will do.
Sharks against Chiefs. Gonna be a tough one. Sharks are playing crap at the moment. The Cheetahs gave them a very tough time yesterday.

either way,stormers must win with BP for complete safety,don't care if sharks make it or not:)

now i'm kinda over arguing with sharks supporters over on their side,all in all stormers win with bonus point on saturday,that's all i care about,if the sharks make it in by some sort of fluke then great for them

I could yes, but this thread doesnt really warrant that much effort on my part :D

Actually if I had to support a team other than the Sharks, it would be the Stormers - always has been! However my loyalty lies with the Sharks and if the Lions beating the Stormers is going to benefit the Sharks, then I choose to support the Lions this weekend!
 
Just a little gentle reminder for the Stormers supporters out there...

Final Score Lions 33 Chiefs 27

The Lions pulled off a shock win against the Chiefs at Ellis Park on Saturday and almost certainly ended the Chiefs Play-offs hopes beating them by 33 points to 27.

The Chiefs also suffered a further blow as Ben May was sent off with a red card for standing on a players face and he may be suspended for next week's match against the Sharks. [Good news for the Sharks!]

The Lions packs were hugely impressive, with Joe van Niekerk and Willem Alberts outstanding with ball in the hand.

Behind the Lions pack an unlikely Man of the Match Chris Jonck made the right decisions, scored a try and led the assault with clever breaks after filling in for first-choice scrumhalf Jano Vermaak who had to withdraw because of flu.

It was one of those days for the Chiefs.

They were just not allowed to get into the game by an aggressive Lions pack who were also quicker to the breakdown with captain Cobus Grobbelaar again outstanding on the ground.

But the man to be singled out, despite his few opportunities, was returning Springbok centre Jaque Fourie.

He had two chances and created two gaps - and one led to the try that ultimately put the Chiefs on the rack.

After the weekend we'll see who the sore losers amongst us are. If the Sharks lose then so be it .... I'll still support them. But some peeps talk the talk until their team gets a hiding ..... then they say nothing :D;)

I have already prepared my speech, it includes a few remarks about the bonus point we missed out on last week.

Sorry, but best you hire a speech writer cos that line ain't going to work.... Stormers have 7 bonus points, Sharks have 3!!! No excuse! :)

Eish ..... didn't you have the newlands crowd booing the Stormers and actually cheering the opposing teams at the start of this season? Actually I'm sure I remember the exact same thing from last season too. ;):D

i wouldn't be surprised,but i don't think it's fair to boo your own team just cos they're not doing well,that's not how you encourage your team after a defeat.
