Have you loaded windows fresh? What monitors have you been using?

yes, installed them after,

It's a brand new pc, so everything is freshly installed.

And it's an LCD 19", 1280x1024

sweet, I've downloaded several drivers now, still persists, and the card is 1 week old!

Change the Vga for another brand , i had lots of issues with the Sapphire range and eventualy switched over to Gigabyte , Power color and Asus , since than no issues , get a refund and buy another brand ,

I'm gonna go back tomorrow and see if I can get a different brand or pay extra and get the Nvidia GTS250... I'm getting a little fed up of AMD now

PCINT must have received a faulty batch of gpu's.

As for the nvidia/ati thing, I have had 2x Nv's with the same problem.
Funny how 2x completely seperate companies have identical problems, makes your wonder...
