Strange Outlook Signature Question

As we all know Outlook (together with MS Word) preforms a spell check when creating emails.

My client however has a massive 2 part signature and basically types in-between the two parts. She has been doing it like this for months (thanks to the previous folks who installed the software for her) however this morning it stopped working.

Outlook does not preform the spell check within the signature anyway and I can for the love of heaven figure this one out. Google proved useless in this case.

Anybody have any idea on how to do this?

...and what exactly 'stopped working' this morning?

Sorry but your post is indecipherable apart from the fact that this person wants to send emails with outlook.

huh? I don't really see why it's indecipherable, but I'll try and explain it in simpler terms.

Client uses Outlook 2003

Client uses a signature containing 2 parts (header + footer). When client creates new mail all text is written in-between these 2 parts. Spell checker however does not scan the text since it's written within the signature.

According to the client spell checker however did scan this text and only stopped doing so this morning.
 
I think its an error caused by the signature being HTML?? Perhaps try to change the default from Word to outlook??
 
Just add the incorrectly spelled / missing words from the signature to the dictionary, it wont ever stop it again

I think this is a different problem; where the text is not being scanned for errors, as apposed to the message being blocked for spelling in the signature. The question is why your outlook scans the signature and the OP does not. Do you use Word as an editor???
 
Don't use a signature with a header & footer rather create stationary and use that!
 
Interestingly Outlook 2007 doesn't offer the option of using the word or outlook editors.

Apparently Outlook's editor is now based on word, but does not require word to be installed.
