Stranger Things - Netflix Original series

What about Samwise Gamgee as Bob The Brain?

Yo

Thoughts on Sean Astin's character?

Likeable weirdo perhaps...

I thought maybe he had ulterior motives and stuff in the beginning because he was soo nice. I warmed up to him after he got roped in to find the sheriff (and the geeky stuff he gets up too) and then that scene towards the end... *sigh* I suppose I should have expected that.

Finally finished S2. Took my time instead of devouring it.
S2 is arguable as good as S1. Pace, setting, tone, homage to other films, soundtrack everything on point, all in all a highly entertaining great watch. Worth the wait.

All the kids were just great.

The expectation for S3 now is at an all-time high.

PS: forgot to say “wow”.

Done. Was awesome, gonna be a long wait for season 3. I soema want to thank Netflix for this show

Anybody caught Beyond Stranger Things after the final episode? Some good stuff about the production of the second season with the Duffer bros...

Sigh so so so disappointed in that it was overly so quickly, luckily I started watching fringe never got around to watching that, not that it is even remotely in the same league as this, but I have a scifi Fix in the mean time....

Don't discount Fringe, it's one of my all time favorite shows.

I forgot how to do the Spoiler button, So SPOILER ahead.

What was the whole reason Eleven meeting her sister and that whole side story?, I think it was irrelevant and a waste of an episode.
But great season, I liked the first season a little more but this was also very good. Wonder if we will see a Season 3

Just watched it last night, not sure what was going on with that episode, didn't really advance the story much beyond showing Eleven/Jane how her story could pan out if she let her anger take over. I think.

Spoilers ahead - Backstory that lends credence to how severely these kids where abused, although the sanctity of life is more potent. Eleven chooses to save her abuser because he has a family of the same age as her. Brilliant sequence.

This season reminds so much of Logan.

Could we please get a spoiler warning in this thread?
