Just watched E2 of S2. The series just makes me fall more in love. Especially as I recognize most of the 80's props :love: :o
 
So the demogorgon in Season 1 was able to flash in and out of the dimensions from the upside down into reality?

What happened to that? In this season it seemed like everything took place in one reality?

Is it because the tunnels were filling up with the junk that was bleeding through from the gate?

But then why show the upside down when the Sherrif was in the Tunnel?

Yeah that's a bit puzzling, although we don't know if it was the demigorgon that could go where it pleased, or if it was just using some tunnels (as the whole place was fracturing)....

It was also an adult, which could make a difference.

There was a scene where the camera turned around (Upside down) when somebody went down into the tunnel - Will or the Sherrif?
I'm not talking about the final scene. It was earlier in the season.

I just skimmed through episodes 3 to 9, episode 5 was the only one where Sheriff Hopper is in the tunnels and Will never goes down there. The only upside down camera transition I saw was the final scene.

Maybe it was in a trailer that you saw that, it does sound familiar.

That’s correct - it’s when Sheriff Hopper found the tunnels the first time round, and dug down. As he entered, the camera swiveled around - then the episode ended

Yep. That wasn't the upside down though. I saw it as the show's implying that the upside down's taking over our reality... or at least a section of our reality (the tunnels) is under the control of the upside down. Like a beachhead of sorts.

Yeah that's how I saw it too, the upside down leaking through with it's snowflaky polluted atmosphere into our dimension.
