I'm not sure who is winning thus far. Message this morning said the call centre was closed. That's a huge saving in the day's wage for MTN and I probably got better quality info myself by digging around on forums etc. MTN can sidestep their regulatory support obligations by citing force majeure and save money whilst delaying cancellations

I wonder too? Unless it's so low that the 13th cheque etc don't mean much?
