I had a huge struggle to get any form of support from Afrihost (phone, email or WhatsApp) when I had a problem with activating my new Fibre line. In the end it was a small problem with Frogfoot line that was fixed in a couple of hours. But it took three days just to get help from Afrihost for them to report it to Frogfoot. Now the exact same problem has occurred as I try to help my mom set up her new Fibre line in her home. She sends Emails and WhatsApp requests and call-back requests but no response for days. Then one email realize came in to which we responded and explained the problem. But it’s been two days now and no further response. What can we do?!!
