With Covid-19 making the headlines in 2020, most businesses had to change their way of planning for the future. The virus through all of us for a loop, with some companies having to scramble to stay afloat.

Now that 2021 is in full swing, what is the one thing most CEOs would like to focus on to ensure they can weather the storm should anything like this happen again, and does investing in new or upgraded business software make the cut?

Covid highlighted the importance of business agility and tech investment. Covid brought the future a bit quicker where tech is more important. Businesses must upgrade and invest in new technology, or else a startup can come in with new tech and eat away at the market. My job is to help business achieve modernization so Covid helped me a lot. Investing and upgrading business software is a must but needs to be done correctly.

No.

Well it would depend on the business. Generally speaking, the best thing to focus on is cash flow and ensuring the business has sufficient financial reserves.
