Stubble or no stubble for a skinhead

I'm undecided whether to grow stubble or not. My beard grows fairly quick and I usually shave my face every day, but sometimes I get lazy and don't shave my face for a few days.

To me it looks scruffy when I have quite a bit of stubble, but friends and work colleagues keep telling me to keep it.

My head is clean shaven, and am not a fan of the bald head bearded look...

For lack of better images, what do you guys think looks better?

And onto the question, look in the mirror if you like it do it, though sometimes good to try new things even if they feel a bit uncomfortable, if your work colleagues say it's a winner then give it a try for a week or 2.

Full disclosure 'tho, I don't get Gillette close, I use an electric razor on 0 to keep my hair trimmed... The beard, been having it for years now. It's much like your pic, with my only question being keeping it reasonably close trimmed or growing that bad boy right out.
