Torque-IT has SUSE, Red Hat and the LPI (Linux Professional Institute) Certification available. If you are looking for a generic Linux certification consider the LPI.

With a lot of their courses, like Cisco and N+ for example you can study on your own and simply pay to write the exam there if you are not interested in taking the course with them as well.
