Torque-IT has SUSE, Red Hat and the LPI (Linux Professional Institute) Certification available. If you are looking for a generic Linux certification consider the LPI.



With a lot of their courses, like Cisco and N+ for example you can study on your own and simply pay to write the exam there if you are not interested in taking the course with them as well.

I read this cover to cover shortly after I started my current job. It doesn’t cover the OS from a command line or sys admin perspective, but it’s great to get insight into what’s happening behind the scenes.
