and if he is found not guilty in a criminal court? ie: there is reasonable doubt that he didn't commit the offence for his charge. what will the FA do?

Wait, what? If a court of law finds him innocent, why would the FA punish him? I mean I don;t get your reasoning... :confused:

Of course they should. However, if they were to "find" differently to a Court of Law, the press would have a field day with it and Terry's legal team would smack them into the next century.

The FA don't work on beyond reasonable doubt. criminal courts work on that. the FA work on probability.
 
Yes, that's correct. Which is why a court of law has more standing than the FA. Which would render the FA's ruling null and void.

So why then the hypocrisy on suarez? his case was based on the sole evidence of evra

And why does Evra get away without any punishment. it takes 2 to tangle you know. i think the fa, media were all after Suarez for his previous offenses which he was already punished for.
