Nobody does all-wheel drive vehicles better than Subaru: 20-millionth car sold in 2021
• Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive is a core technology for Subaru.
• AWD models currently account for 98% of Subaru's global sales.
• All Subaru models, excluding the BRZ, come standard with Symmetrical AWD.
When you talk about an automaker that unequivocally loves producing all-wheel-drive models, Subaru is far and beyond the rest.
To give things a little bit of perspective, Subaru's all-wheel-drive models currently account for 98% of their global sales, with cumulative production surpassing the 20-million mark in June 2021.
All Subaru models, excluding the BRZ, come standard with Symmetrical AWD, but before then, first and second-generation systems like 'On-Demand' 4WD and Full-Time 4WD was used in most of their cars from the late-80s to early 1990s.

Hannes test drove it yesterday so yes.
A limited number of units was brought into SA in the early 90's. Though you hardly ever see them on the road these days.
