Successfully Migrated

No Iburst website either. Can't remember when I last I was able to check because most times I cannot login, but I was still on the old gig package. Iburst giving surprises each day. No confidence in what service I will get.
I suppose this is the Xmas month where you don't always know what you are going to find under the Xmas Tree. Could be something you never wanted, but lets hope by then Iburst have some welcome gifts for us like consistent service, competent service and plenty data.
 
So if i was on the Turbo package 2Gig for R369... what package will i end up on and what will i pay? Have not been migrated yet...

You'll probably be moved to 5GB at R445, but you will be able to move down later on.

Yes it is, but the "Usage" figures are still wrong.
 
Do you have an ETA on when the migration will be completed?

Will we get migrated to the 8GB package from the current 5GB one?

Has anyone here using iburst through mweb successfully migrated yet? Im still on my old package.

Edit: I just phoned MWEB (3:50pm) and they have no clue about the new packages. The guys I spoke to didnt even knew it changed. *sigh* this could take a while.

OT: I cant log in to ibursts website so I can see if I have been migrated yet :(

Edit: I was just looking at the new pricing again an noticed that there isn't really a package that is suitable for replacing the old 2gig(turbo) package. I'm on the turbo package and im currently paying R300-odd rand, The new 3gig package costs R445 so I'm hoping that I'm migrated to the new 2gig package :?

Edit2: wai- there is no 3gig package on the new pricing I was looking at the 5gig :/

Well f this.... I can't login to the I-Burst website at all, keep on getting errors, can't check my usage at all, no usage e-mails, not migrated and now I am capped it seems.... Can't even check this. Seriously, I-Burst has to be the MOST useless company I've ever dealt with in my life! Every single month there is some sort of isssue, if it is not double billing, it is usage reports or delays in migrations or delays in product changes or removing the soft cap that people joined for.....

I can not wait to get out of this contract (another 1.5 years to go, lucky me....) and get ADSL. Was visiting my parents last night and dealt with Cybersmart tech support, what a pleasure, they helped me in 3 minutes with quite a complex setup. Their prices are awesome as well.... Made me realise, I-Burst are pathetic!
 
I'm not even gonna log in to check if I've been migrated yet, I'll check again in a week.

I'm going to ask the question again:

How long it will take for all the upgrades to be completed?
