Yip, I'm done with Rain. Went from 40 Mbps to zero. Support is useless.

Same here. Was fast for the first 1-2 months when they launched. Then the speeds went belly up. Support is useless.

My Rain Fixed LTE is now so slow after midnight that I can't even stream YouTube on the lowest 240p setting. If they don't sort out this problem very soon I will also have to go elsewhere as the service is often unusable for long periods of time. I am starting to have iBurst flashbacks!

Yes, same with me. Got my sim 28th of June, inserted it into my Huawei LTE A modem, but have never got any speed higher than 2MB on speedtest.net (Average donwload speed between 50 -200KB/s) Tested it at my office and at home. Don't know how those people get such high speeds in Port Elizabeth.
