Suffering from Coccyx Pain

So according to you if i go once then i have to go on spending money, thanks for the suggestion and i don't want to go again and again since i visited so many Dr. and tired of taking medicine and spending lot of money. I am doing some exercise and yoga but some time pain will be less some time more, hope will get some permanent remedy.
Thanks everyone for the suggestions.

I think your situation is different TBH - it's not major spine. I would go.

Why don't you try it for yourself? I've used the services of a chiro before but have not seen on in years and my back is now fine, something which no pills or physio ever could do.

You could try rubbing castor oil over the area and then placing a hot water bottle over the site to help the oil penetrate. You will probably need to use a plastic sheet to prevent the oil from getting all over the hot water bottle. This apparently helps to ease back pain. A bottle of oil sells for about R10 from Clicks, Dischem etc. Google castor oil pack and back pain for further information. Since the oil is applied TOPICALLY there should be no adverse side effects etc.
