I drink at least one can of coke a day (35 grams of sugar). Maximum of two unless I go out (70 - 105 grams). I will also snack on Jungle Oats energy bar between meals a few times a week (additional 6 grams per bar). I'm sure there must be some kind of sugar in the protein powder I use in my oats (5 grams). So on average, I probably eat 50 grams of sugar a day.
However, I have an incredibly fast metabolism and don't own a car so I walk a lot. That's probably why when I had my blood tested in December (which included a blood sugar test for diabetes) it came back fine.
