suggestions for a program that can track download speeds

im looking for a program that can tell me how much kb/s im doing while playing a MMO or any other online games... basicly a program that tells u what speed your downloading at.

so anyone got any names of programs that can do that so i can quickly download it

Game as normal, use internet as normal and view the specific process Stats afterwards.

Netlimiter is cool however get something like Networx Its 1.5MB and its free. Netlimiter is free with limited features (doubt you need paid version to see what you need) but this program just works well
