Sunninghill Adsl is down?

Hello everyone

My adsl have been down from Tuesday night.

Have anyone else experienced the same problem.

My router wont synchronize.

My number is 011 234

I just wondering if anyone know anything about this issue being fixed? I see the turn around time for fixing an exchange is withing 24 hours.

According to the Mweb notice it’s not fixed yet but most times it’s working before the notice is updated. Try switching off your ADSL router for about a minute and then on again it may be working already.

I have tried that and phoned then like 3 times today. They say they have been working the whole day on the issue but no change yet in the status.

I am still unable to work on my ADSL.

I would like just to know what is going on with the exchange.

If someone knows anything regarding this issue then let me know.

And to think when I used to work for the Blue and Green Monster, if the exchange went down, it was like a CODE RED situation, you dropped everything else and made sure you got it back up. Time given, 1 hour max! Go over 1 hour and you're already in trouble and face a disciplinary!

Seems Telkom's become waaaay soft and slack in the later years.

And yes, Sunninghill Park exchange... that brings back memories, was one of the exchanges I frequented. One of the first to get ATM
 
I have no idea how that works. Just want my adsl resolved. Maybe a few ports broke.

Anyone have any idea how this can happen?
