Sunsynk app not working

Old topic but no need for a new thread.
This morning sometime my Sunsynk sttopped showing data. The webapp and the phone app say it's online, but the numbers are all 0's?
Around about 05:15.
 
Just posted in the health & wealth sunsynk thread but I see you guys are experiencing the same. 05:15 was last update for me.
 
Breaks about every 2 months.
Sunsynk trying to get their act together. Useless.

Is anyone using the app on an iPad? Since the last update, the power flow diagram is not showing on my iPad, works fine on the iPhone?

I've got the same problem but the other way around. Sunsynk support can't help me atm. Have you managed to find a solution?

I had the issue on my iPhone 12 and now it's on the 16 as well. iPad works fine.
 
Support recommended to use the web version. It works but not ideal. If you have not tied it yet delete on iPhone, restart and reinstall. Hope you get it sorted…. ps iOS up to date?

I've uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted app, deleted iCloud backups and tried again but its still not working. Web version works and ipad as well. ios is always on the latest version. If I had to pick a moment when it stopped working, it would be during that update where they introduced the landscape powerflow screen with additional detail.
