Updates v1.4.9
  • Better handling of battery attributes with 0 value
  • An optional entity can be added to the card remaining_solar: to display the remaining daily solar forecast energy. You can use the default HA sensor sensor.energy_production_today_remaining or other integrations like solcast to provide the information once setup

What do you think about adding the end time (to fully charge or shutdown) and rate of charge/discharge per hour expressed as percentage of total Ah

End time can be very useful IMHO. The other stuff is very technical and may be only useful to some. I think of my wife looking at this card and wondering what she would find useful. In my case, after I install 1.4.9 today, will teach my wife how the card works .. she has never looked at the inverter setup (on inverter or in HA/SA) since it was installed. She also has never looked at the energy dashboards cos she doesn't care about what device used what.

This card is just the best - my favourite card yet ! Just a brilliant job @Slip

If you find your inverter's registers/sensors/whatevers... I'm assuming this can be modified to work with any brand?

I've included this since release v1.5.0

1.5.1 Updates
  • Daily load is displayed when show_aux: is set to yes
  • show_aux is no longer a required card configuration. The card can be configured without any load attributes and defaults will be used
  • All daily Totals have been rounded to 1 decimal place

Interestng. So @Slip I had a baterry drain this morning ( don't ask ) and the system is busy charging up but I see that the time to full charge is not showing.

Can you explain your calc? Because it sort of makes sense as the system is resetting its values and it tops up but I thought your calc was simply something around SOC and time but there must be some variable that is triggered to determine the time that you aren't receiving because its charging from flat.

Hi @Kosmik. That looks like an older version of the card as I don't display the "Battery Charging" message anymore. Can you check what version you are running. The latest is 1.5.3

I had the time to full charge yesterday, lemme check.

This is what it was a day or so ago, I took a screenshot to show someone something and you can see the charging time.

@Slip bit of a weird one since the update. Wattage is no longer rounded.

****
EDIT scratch that then it was suddenly gone. Maybe just needed a moment.
