Sunsynk solar Inverter

Good Day,
Solar Newbie here, we have recently installed a 5kw Sunsynk system, in our office for Lights, and plugs for computers. We have noticed that at certain times the Plugs switch off and then on again, but it does not do that to the lights. When the plugs switch off the computers UPS takes over,for the split second that the system fluctuates, but that causes us to lose our network connectivity which means a complete reboot. This happens mostly when the grid electricity is offline.

Any help will be appreciated

Does this happen when grid electricity switches off (start of load shedding) or does it happen anytime?

Happens at anytime, mostly during load shedding, probably about 10/15 times during load shedding

Is the neutral and ground tied when you are on inverter, or is the neutral floating?
