Super Rugby 2020

Stormers v Bulls just passed the halfway mark but it's hard to believe it won't be a candidate for the worst game of the season.
Tip for the Bulls - don't bother showing up if Marius vd Westhuizen is in charge.

Are you joking or serious? This referee made so much mistakes so far AGAINST the Stormers?

Do you understand the laws of rugby?

You can only ref what's in front of you. Did anyone expect this game to be a free flowing festival? It's been scrappy as fck. Both teams abysmal.

This game was dangerously boring and dismal. Nothing great about, both teams played much better last weekend. Anyway, the Scotland vs England game looks good early in.

Gonna switch over now. Can't be worse than this. But sadly this is what the North South derby has become.

Well I'm happy.

Not often you NIL a side containing the boot of Morne Steyn.

Defence of the Stormers might be the reason the game didn’t open up much for the Bulls, on the other hand Morné Steyn kicked 90% of their ball in the air.

Time for Willemse to be moved to 15 or bench for Lions game so the ball can do the work.

Was just one of those games. The Stormers and Bulls will both do better once their respective packs get on top. Neither side could manage that in this game hence the stalemate-like feel to the game.

Willemse is fine at 10, but he seriously needs to learn to kick, especially if he wants to be an international 10. Bosch can kick but has turnstile defense.

We have enough young 15s in Gelant, Fassi and Tyrone Greene coming through. We need more options at 10 for when Pollard is not available.

Jantjies does not inspire confidence.

How many times did you count the ball go to 12 or 13?

I didn't count. I enjoyed the spectacle for what it was. Both teams rushed.

Look what happened to the Bulls every time they tried shifting the ball they got pummeled.

Well then I apologize because I have a family member playing. So I count

The two teams basically just neutralised each other.

I think the ref missed massive infringements from both sides.

Having said that, I'm quite happy that the Bulls haven't won at Newlands since 2011

And as for Leyds.

Geesus 0/10 for attack, defense, kicking and ingenuity. Never seen him do anything besides run 4 meters and kill the ball and die.

Useless! Can't understand why the F he keeps appearing, must be a 1000 better wingers at high school level than that weed.

England want Rassie as head coach - report
Cape Town - Rassie Erasmus, SA rugby's director of rugby, is reportedly in talks with the RFU who are believed to be keen on him becoming the next England head coach.

According to Rapport, Erasmus attended the England v Scotland Six Nations match at Murrayfield in Edinburgh on Saturday.

The report added that the RFU wanted Erasmus to take over from Eddie Jones, whose contract expires in 2021.

...

Erasmus signed a four-year contract (not six as initially reported) with SA Rugby at the end of 2017, but the Afrikaans newspaper cites "two impeccable sources" who claim that a clause in the contract would allow him to step away earlier if he reached an agreement with the RFU.

I wish him the best, always good to grow where opportunity may arise.
