I'm not sure why Supersonic is voted by My Broadband as one of the top ISP in SA! I have had the most diabolic service from them when trying to register as a new user! I constantly received reminders from Supersonic after I showed interest in there products. On accepting their link, and paying my preferred subscription last Saturday....it has been hell warmed up after that! Multiple calls (30th in line!) costing me money, and only generic responses, with defunct phone numbers....I eventually went to Hello Peter. Wow, I got a person to person call from Supersonic....miracles. I re-sent my proof of payment.
This person has acknowledged my payment today, one week after my initial payment. That's it! I do not know whether I am hooked up, whether my account is activated etc...!?? Still waiting.
