Hi We got looted in the riots, in july.
I emailed and spoke to billing, I received a cancellation replay however up to now they they are still charging me.
Terrible support, when speaking to billing, they say email cancellation, cancellation never returns my emails.
How do I get rid of supersonic,I am paying for a service that I am not even using, when you have terrible service.
Will not use your services again ever.
