I decided to get this FLTE package from supersonic about a week ago. Everything was on track I've received my product 3 days after placing the order. Well I'm still not connected and it had a completely different router than what my order said. I've never had to deal with a company where there is no form of communication. It's actually embarrassing. All the other forums complain about the same thing... Nonexistent client care.. so, I don't actually think they have a client care department.. because everyone is dealing with the same thing with them. I get an automated reply saying they are experiencing high call volumes... Well if no one gets assistance then who are they talking to? Lol. I was with axxess a few years ago and then Telkom. At least they defend, explain and apologise for their mistakes and even reply to the forums that's complaining about them here. But supersonic... They're on another level. It's like they've given up or never even cared about their clients. One of the worst mistakes I've made I should have checked the reviews first and I would advise others to steer clear.
