Cancelling Supersonic

I have had endless problems with supersonic and when I emailed them on the 1st of Feb to cancel nothing was said. I even paid for Feb. I am still waiting for the line to be released. The one person I spoke told it takes 2 months. I even overpaid them yet services were suspended due to non payment. Send them every time. I even doubt that they will refund me the extra money if by some miracle they release the line. They should really not be allowed to operate. Worst company
