suprise response time

just thought i'd put a good word in for sentech.

i just got disconnected, phoned them support ppl, and 30min later
they do something at the tower, then i can connect again.

so i was happy with the response
(ok ok i know if i hadn't got disconnected in the 1st place...)

Hi,
Has anyone who has had Telkom ADSL and then moved over to Sentech managed to draw up a comparison chart yet! I have a friend of mine on the phone and emailing Sentech every day begging for them to deploy in my area. And was just curious so I could read up the pro's and con's to sentech vs the pro's and con's of ADSL.
