Surround sound seems soft

Hi Guys so to me it seems my surround sound is very soft, when listening to radio its fine but as soon as i switch to surround its alot softer then radio, at higher volumes there is a hiss wich is understandable, but why so soft? The speaker level test is ALOT louder at those volumes... Any thoughts

Dali Lektor Concept 8 Floor standers and center

Also the problem is not as bad in stereo mode, I added the centre today.

K solved sound was set to low on the sattelite remote... Appologies for noob post
