JUSTICE FOR VICTIMS OF RSA APARTHEID ECONOMIC CRIMES - 1985 TO DATE

The Surtie family have been battling for decades to receive their inheritance as the apartheid and democratic government of South Africa using certain regulations and entities siphoned trillions of rands legally belonging to the family.

The Surtie family who are residents from the Kingdom of Lesotho has instituted the biggest monetary claim in the history of South Africa and sued against these entities for an amount of R1.35 trillion (ZAR).

Funds for legal fees are however needed to continue and finalize the litigation process which is currently heard in the High Court of South Africa Gauteng Division, Pretoria as the process have reached an advance stage.

It must be noted that Jeffrey Koorbonally, a forensic accountant battled for 11 years to trace and gather all the evidence relating to the missing inheritance of the Surtie family as the South African Government used various instruments and State-Owned Entities to conceal the funds whilst their quest for justice was portrayed as a scam by Politicians. Koorbanally self-funded the investigation at a substantial cost before the matter could be eventually brought before a Court of Law as such we make a humble plea for financial assistance to cover the outstanding legal costs amounting to R473 000 consisting of two bills of R111 000 and R362 000 in addition to further legal costs that would be incurred.

YET AGAIN the case number given here does not appear in Court Records for the Pretoria Branch of the High Court.

From an earlier post, it was said that he was a former MI5 operative. MI5 and MI6 have totally different areas of responsibility.

Thanks for the information in your long posts.

I find it interesting that there is no Court Roll at all for the Western Cape High Court for 4 May 2021. Even if cases were postponed due to court logistical problems, the Roll would have been published.

Well to all of you who have waited so long and kept Pastoor Johan in luxury, at least you now know that you must get your money from someone other than the PIC or ABSA. According to this document, the plaintiffs have settled with the defendants.

Have you personally seen the full 211 pages of the affidavit?

More importantly, how does this affidavit relate to a case of High Treason? The entire Surtie matter is a Civil case or a criminal case of fraud etc, but certainly not treason.

Just as a matter of the reality of the world, affidavits depend for their validity on the extent to which the signatories accept the seriousness of swearing to the correctness under oath. It is not the responsibility of the police or any other Commissioner of Oaths to interrogate the signatories on the truth or correctness of the affidavit. I rather doubt that a SAPS employee at a police station would read through an entire 211 pages to check that this affidavit is corrrect.
