We are still waiting for the judge to deliver her judgement which was due on 26 April. She's been reported and has promised to do so by 20 May.

Check it out - it doesn't HAVE to be; it's just that no-one wants to have signatures look so faint that they become illegible or easily overwritten. That is why officials always want you to sign in black - good sense, which actually is rare in government and legal circles!
