Thing is I can also make up fake crypto companies with pretty logos and make a bunch of supporting documents, all I would need is word and photoshop/corel and a weekend off. Maybe I should do a Gupta millions?

Oh so many things in SA - Kruger gold, Lobengula's gold, Deeming's gold in Malmesbury, the Tharfield treasure ... long list.

Well it is. The picture and the paper is legit. I have no reason to doubt that. And by pretending its fake you are helping the scammers.

All it takes is a little bit of reading comprehension to realise that those papers doesn't promise any 3rd parties money. The promise of of money is still a scam.

The people who are invested in this are never going to admit they have been scammed because it would create too much psychological stress for them. They will do the same thing that doomsday cults do when their magic leader's prophecies fail to materialize - they rationalize it, and bond more strongly to the group and the belief.

Attacking their belief that they are going to get a payday also helps to bond the group of believers together and strengthen their faith.

Oh for sure, that's a truth. I'm just mocking these people thinking they're getting money from some magical friendly dude who they know from nowhere at all.

Except for the fact that a whole bunch of that document the your buddy Jeff wrote is obviously bulls**t. For example: The R150 and R153 were not "Special issue" nor were they "USD denominated". They were ZAR denominated benchmark bonds that were widely traded. If he cannot get a simple fact such as that right I have absolutely zero faith in his investigative abilities or credentials.

Jehosefat your lack of knowledge will cause your own downfall and specially if you make it on a public platform with your lack of truth. Those bonds were dollar denominations- refer to p25 CIEX report and confirmed by Adv Cuthbeth Chanetsa deputy ceo of FSB confirming of the same bonds. You must stop hiding behind profile names to cover your identity- you have nothing to hide of you want to engage in healthy debate!

He introduced himself as a fellow comrade on the 1st page. That alone was enough for me to bring his credibility into question.
 
Now that here is some evidence shared on the thread that the Surtie claim is not a scam. So now the question comes to mind, who has the mandate to conclude the matter?...
