As pointed out by me and some others, the real issue is not the inheritance and the family feud around who is legitimately an heir. This would seem to have been settled out of court by EJ Koorbannaly and a faction of the Surties family. [Apparently, there are some 369 descendents and others who can lay claim to be inheritors.] No details of the settlement seem to have been divulged, but one could hope that it is the offer made by Sam & Nicholas on behalf of the plaintiffs. (NOTE: This is by no means necessarily the case.)

The issue is the money that Pastor Johann and others have conned out of all of you who are hoping for unrealistic payouts for what you "donated".

What documentation do you have giving any details of who will pay you - the rambling pastors, Jeff Koorbanally, the Surties clan or who? I fear you are just trusting in the words of self-styled men of God - many blessings. Please tell me that at least ONE of you has a legal claim on the outcome of the settlement.

What binding agreements do the pastors and other to whom you trustingly gave hard-earned savings with the plaintiffs who have agreed between themselves on a settlement? As someone above said, wait for the next requests for more donations and gifts so the people to whom you have already paid can supposedly start new litigation against Mr Korbanally. [Pssst - get evidence that they didn't just visit a massage parlour or buy yet another car that helps alleviate Pastoor Johann's bad back problems.]

Apart from many other questions you should have been asking; WHY have people who have been soliciting donations from all of you needed safe houses? NOT ONE of them is in any way a risk to the defendants. PERHAPS Mr Koorbanally (who from his background - whether MI5 or MI6, the second-tier media can't seem to decide which - will be able to take care of himself) but not even the non-investigative journalists in the media that has been attached here.

Being generous, this is just BS, BS, BS. Get the details of the out-of-court settlement and present this here as well as proof of payouts to pastors nd donors or PLEASE let's close this topic.

The only reason I feel obliged to comment in this thread is because of concerns that anyone else will read the lies in here and be conned out of their hard earned money.
Hopefully people will find this post and read it properly, this is all anyone needs to understand to stay well away from this scam.

If you do any research on historical scams and deception, the most successful ones have always had something in common... a little bit of truth. That is often enough to skirt around a small truth with a lot of lies and keep pointing back to that truth whenever the lies are questioned. This is no different and while Im sure many people are worrying about the obvious lies, they get reassured when someone points out the small truths. People who have been scammed have nothing but hope available to them so they keep having to believe that there is a possibility they havent been scammed.

This exactly, I did a search for this "highly reputable" company and they dont seem to have their own website, just a facebook group and a bunch of other dubious sites referring to various versions of JP management something something.
Truth Seeker must be involved in this somewhere along the lines, the elaborate claims to mislead people cant all be mistakes.

This scam isn't just a rabbit hole - it has more branches than Cairo has alleyways and more twists than a cows' gut. MTI wasn't a patch on these guys for inventing new sources of information.
