What's it like going to bed at night knowing you're scum of the earth?Ja ja Buzz, when i was younger this would have phased me.
No i take it from whom it comes.
To infinity and beyond.....![]()
To paraphrase your own analogy:You know what,I won't even bother. Your disingenuous arguing isn't worth my time
Bye @BusyNobody . I'm certain there's a flat-earth convention that would appreciate your second-degree-sealioning
Well, I don't suppose you will. All you've done in this thread is try and force your unsubstantiated opinion down on others in a self-opinionated mannerYou know what,I won't even bother.
Okay. An individual perfectly capable of evaluating facts presented to him disagrees with you on certain points, and this is your response? But you know what? I'll grant you the benefit of the doubt. Maybe you are omniscient after all. Maybe you don't need facts to construe your perception of reality either. Maybe you're the only who's allowed to make unsubstantiated claims...I'm certain there's a flat-earth convention that would appreciate your second-degree-sealioning
Cheers
Let me not say anything again, but rather just insert what I've already pointed out here...Let me say this again, documents submitted in court are part of the public record. Anyone can view them. Where are the documents you say were submitted?
I don't disagree. But are you alluding to or implying that if I wanted to hypothetically study the DNA report submitted by the prosecution in the hypothetical trial involving the murder of Julius Malema that all I'd need to do is submit a request to the clerk of the court and my request would be granted without delay? Or are you merely pointing out factual inconsistencies in my post?
Having that provision in the legal system and seeing it implemented in a South African court of law which exemplifies the prestigious service we enjoy as citizens are by no means the same thing.
Nope diversion isn't going to fly here. If there are court submissions they are in the public record. Where are they?Let me not say anything again, but rather just insert what I've already pointed out here...
You seem to be a logical person. From a logical perspective, how plausible do you think it is that the same documents submitted to the High Court by a professional legal team have been published on a Facebook page?
I've perused this waffle, and most of it doesn't even make sense. It comes across as the mad ramblings of an irrational individual.
I've also seen supposed screenshots of the WhatsApp statuses of a key individual that contradict the reality of what the estate's official legal team are trying to achieve. Meanwhile, the person whose name is used in these fake screenshots has remained quiet while they've been passed around in several WhatsApp groups.
But okay. Legal professionals are going to publish the gist of their legal argument on a Facebook page...![]()
If your need to scrutinise these documents is so urgent, and you clearly know how to secure a copy without any hiccups, then why haven't you done so yet? You might just settle this debate in an instant.Nope diversion isn't going to fly here. If there are court submissions they are in the public record. Where are they?
You raise some very valid points here.I’m confused. You also seem reasonable. If you agree that most of the “evidence” floating around is made up, irrational waffle, is it not likely that the entire claim is a scam?
I have linked the particulars of claim in the Western Cape High court before, an official court document that reads exactly like all the other “evidence”but you dismissed it without engaging because according to you the real case is the Gauteng one.
Remember, the case in the Western Cape was dismissed because it was filed in the wrong court. Expensive mistake by the way. But the particulars of claim in the Gauteng case would be the same, wouldn’t it?
it’s not only the WhatsApp group evidence that is waffle, but the actual court documents are too.
When @BusyNobody eventually comes back with proof of this either directly or from a participant let me know so I can remove them from ignore,I just can't be arsed arguing with dishonest people:
There are trillions available in the "account"
There was fundraising for the case
This fundraising was approved by the actual estate
There is a collective group for fundraising
You yourself are in this group
You yourself participated in this fundraising
You received a contract confirming as such
For donations of a few thousand you are eligible to receive millions

I haven't done so because they don't exist. It is as simple as that. And if this scheme was legit you could prove me and all the other naysayers wrong in seconds by posting the so called court documents. If your need to scrutinise these documents is so urgent, and you clearly know how to secure a copy without any hiccups, then why haven't you done so yet? You might just settle this debate in an instant.
I've seen copies of the documents. I have no need to procure them. And I have no desire to satisfy someone else's desires...![]()
Careful here. As I have tried to point out a number of times, there are TWO issues that are intertwined. Mr Koorbanally has submitted documents to court for getting the money supposedly with PIC and these are surely real. There are supposed to be agreement documents between people collecting donations and a) Mr Koorbanally and b) the donors. THESE are the ones in question and which have never been seen and upon which at least some scams are based. That was a shorter meeting than I anticipated:
Him - Do you want more of my money?
Me - Yes. Of course
Him - Okay. Draw up the documents for the next project, and I'll have a look at it
Nevertheless, I opted not to reply to the earlier post, however:
You are correct. It is unlikely. The documentation that you and everybody else on your side of the argument have been calling for since this thread was started has been submitted to the High Court as part of an ongoing matter. Your assertion is that this documentation does not exist. The fact that it was submitted to the High Court to substantiate a claim opposes that theory (because in essence, that's what it is - a theory) vehemently. Look at any other High Court matter that has not yet been finalised...the details are not made known to the public. Admittedly, a press release is issued, but this information is extremely limited at best.
It's your prerogative to claim this as whatever you choose to. But that does not mean that your deduction is necessarily accurate. Just as you have not been provided proof that this is not a scam, you've also made very strong claims that it is a scam. Therefore, the burden of proof for your assertion, also lies with you (albeit to a lesser degree).
Now let me get cracking on these documents so that my weekend isn't wasted
That is why we all keep asking for evidence that the donors actually have legal claim to any money. As far as I can see, only those donors who had agreements with Mr Koorbanally (on behalf Mrs Surtie, NOT Mr Mcsherry of the most recent court case) have some kind of legal claims.Explain this bit to me: Even if by some miraculous state of affairs these funds are released to the claimants, why on earth would they share it with anybody?
So why are they still asking for more donations?Because is they don't i will make sure everybody knows it.
BUT these people are honest and wile everybody is talking shite about them they are working their behinds of to get it sorted.
And you've deduced this because you've approached the court and you were told this? Or do you also just know these things?I haven't done so because they don't exist. It is as simple as that. And if this scheme was legit you could prove me and all the other naysayers wrong in seconds by posting the so called court documents.
Anyway, I hope you sleep well tonight knowing that you are and will be the reason for many people's ruin.
