My personal experience is that relationships cannot survive a cheating episode.
That's why the guilty party should keep it a secret.

I like how some of you is saying this.
She reacted just as badly. Sounds like she was trying to get a reaction, now she has it and does not like it.
Sounds like she already had a reaction before doing anything. If there is no background to justify the suspicion I'd react the same way to baseless suspicion. But I'd lock my phone too. I do usually make it clear that if they're going to act paranoid I'm going to play into that.
