I have my primary phone number A on a pay-as-you-go package (that I ported from another network... and I am happy with the service).
I bought a data sim with 5GB for my smartphone with number B, it works... (my private number)
both are CellC and both are in use. Would it be possible to just swap number A with number B
The aim is to get primary number A and 5GB data bundle is on the same sim card.
Do not worry about the transfer of airtime or anything special. Just exchange the cellphone numbers.
I have already tried emailing onlinesupport...But the email was never answered and nothing happened. The helpdesk only knows about porting your number, and the support staff in the store have no idea. A Big please!
