I think my problem is not liking being around people.

Half Life 1 or no. 2?

I remember the midnight release of 2 that coincided with BYOC Rage LAN at the Dome. Loads of us where traping it off to Nortgate to pick up our copies. That was the last Midnight launch I was at in SA.

Did have others in EU and NZ after that, but there it was more of a party than grab stuff and leave.
 
Anyone seen local third party accessories yet?

I have a USB-C hub, want to see if my mouse and Logi camera will work.
Sooo many things I want to test.

First time I am contemplating getting body protection for a gaming device:

Nothing yet, been watching like a hawk. trying to get a screen protector and case same day or close to the actual switch dropping

Ours will go into the dock in the bedroom and more or less stay there till Spring. Will eventually buy a Second dock for the lounge but in no hurry, Mrs normally hibernates in bed when its cold :D

Handheld feature is only used when on Holiday.

Mrs has a tendency to "cocoon" into the blankets, controller and all.

Sadly back when Scarlet was on sale I skipped it cause of the Lag. (I remember you picked it up with Expansion)

Gonna be pssd at myself, if it now runs like a dream. :D

My expectations are 0.

GameFreak... they struggle at gaming development.

As long as the Zelda franchise keep their developers.
 
Was contemplating getting one for my birthday this week, but then I just received an SMS saying that the building plans for my renovation project were approved, and that brought me back down to earth 😅 That's like enough money for some bathroom fittings.
 
I went ahead and added Cyberpunk 2077 to the pre-order list, I was hoping to get a physical copy and saw that it was finally added to the Nintendo store.

Just bought a house, and em transfer fees/deposit ate into my savings faster than Packman high on Power Pellets. Sadly, a deal is a deal and my only saving grace is that I bought the NS2 back in April when we were still loaded :D
