Switch 2 thread

I don't do mobile gaming as per the whole idea. Just game when I am at home.
But when the internet goes out, need to be ready for next time. Else you need to hotspot using your phone for the system to start your games not on cart.

I gave up on this. The new VGC is a huge balls up.

Previously I had Switch and my niece a Switch Lite. I bought digital so that we could both play the same games. I set her up as the primary console so it played games without needing to connect. Mine needed to connect out to check licence which I was ok with.

Then I get the Switch 2 and eventually handed over the Switch to my brother so he could play with my nephew. It just doesn't work and getting all 3 working is not possible. You can only have one other console to receive the VGC, the third is **** out of luck. Trying to connect via licence was problematic and offline isn't feasible.

Nintendo really need to make the family of consoles more user friendly to operate.

Yeah for me it was a bit kak.

Wake up, play for 30 minutes. Place the system in sleep mode.

Internet goes out later in the day.

6PM, open the switch with the game noted as running. "Checking" message...

Could not open the game unless I had internet.

Hoping to get that "special" hardware/software again so I can use my Switch 2 with all my real life EULA licenses.
