Launch lineup isn't great though MKW looks like a lot of fun. Games will come, so don't mind waiting a little.

People look down on Nintendo as being a kiddy toy but the first party games are unrivalled in terms of the fun they provide.

Got mine for MK being cheaper and I need to mod my lite.

I have no idea how prices will be in a few months. At this stage, don't care.

Spotted the Nintendo Diehard, complete with having to take credit for 3 months because they couldn't afford it outright.

Oh well, atleast you can pirate some games on your Switch Lite which you're been talking about OVER AND OVER

Now R14 000

Switch 1

Can only See Switch 2 price go up.

Do you have some input on the price? Will it go down?

What is the problem with buying it now?

So it is better to get it now and be done with the purchase.

Not seeing what the issue is here.
What I don't get is what is the difference between purchasing now vs let us say December.
 
Mine is much simpler.

I only bought the Switch 2 in order to get the PS5 30th Anniversary edition. Made a deal last year with Mrs to use her bonus for my PS5 and that I would buy the Switch 2 for her when it launched. :D

Exactly, it is not serious.

There is no reason for people on here to call people names and have a hissy fit.

Some of us want it now vs other people who want it later.

PS5 Pro could also be found for R2k less last week at Nexus Hub because it's also way overpriced and stores run specials on stuff that doesn't sell.


Takealot has a 10% off coupon (max R1k) almost every quarter too. That plus the free R600 in interest from that 13500 sitting in an account instead of in a piece of hardware till December means it could set you back less than R12k including MKW.

But enough with the adult logic, I'll let you get back to counting down the sleeps kiddo.

Thanks, I'll keep enjoying what I do.

Will look for specials on a PS5 Pro if I ever need one.

Luckily when I get the Switch 2, it won't be just "a piece of hardware", but an actual console in use.

As far as I understand it cant.

You can convert current saves to Switch 2, but once Switch 2 saves it cant be converted back to Switch 1 format.

Only hope is that Mod community find a way to do this via PC.

I imagine people will rage bait for the Youtube for clicks, with accompanying thumnails and titles.

I see it as Nintendo knowing consoles will get out early and this ensures nobody can ruin it before release day
