Your Math is wrong.

Nintendo Switch 2 & Happy Wife vs Asus ROG Ally that will age in the cupboard.

If you're looking for a Portable PC, Xbox Showcase said new ROG's out in August and Xbox Ally in December I think.

Played a decent amount over the weekend. Battery life is definitely more on par with OG switch, definitely not the 4-5 hours of the Oled, but 2 hours is usually when I need to take a break anyway. Cyberpunk is a sight to behold on this device, its crazy that got it looking and running the way it does.

Just a pity my 8bitdo v1 dongle doesn't work and I don't see any firmware updates yet.

At last, iFixIt's teardown (still nothing on the dock from anyone - weird)

Gets a 3/10 for repairability. It's all but confirmed: JoyCon drift is back, baby! Hopefully they're wrong...

The $witch U design screams anti-consumer.

I'm actually interested in this device, but my guess is this wont be less than R20k.

Yeah no I'm good.

Have a PS & Xbox to play when I am at home, and Anbernic & Switch 2 when on the move.
All the games that req a device like that won't fit the games I play when not at home.

But, I do see the appeal.

Edit: All that and we only have 256GB
They need to roll out bigger Express cards.

Got Cyberpunk just now. Will see if Barry finally lets me in his house.

I'm off to UK at the weekend and was thinking to grab Cyberpunk and take the Switch 2. Only concern really is 11 hours on a plane with a 2 hour'ish battery life. I'm wondering if a S2 will charge from the USB port on the back of the seat in front. I don't want to take big heavy battery packs as I've only got carry on and no hold luggage, so I need the carry on for clothes and essentials.
