Switch 2 thread

Is that Hades 2 price for real? It's like R270 on Steam.

I bought a Switch 2 from Takealot last week but returned it yesterday. Nintendo game prices is just insane.

Physical is usually more expensive here than digital.

It is also game dependent. For example, Hollow Knight Silksong in the Switch 2 was around R170 whereas it was almost R400 on the Xbox

Pricing is a little inconsistent

That is bonkers. Is it for Nintendo games only? I save a decent amount of money buying physical for PS5 but no idea about Switch
Appears to be Switch 2 specific. Mario Kart World is about R1999 physical whereas digital is a couple hundred less. I think same with DK Bananza.

However, the physical for Super Mario Galaxy I got from Takealot was I think around R30 cheaper than digital.

Again, inconsistent pricing structure

Just out of interest.

Diablo 4 ultimate edition pricing

EU shop
90 euros = R1808.23
US shop
90 dollars = R1572.89

The above is the same for the eshop SA we are based on the euro which is one of the most expensive currencies for us in SA to convert to.

Normally find that if you shop around places like Pwnd Games, Game4u and such have cheaper games than Core Nintendo ZA
Esp for 3rd party games.

Talking about sales.

The one game I wanna buy digitally decided to do this the moment it hit my radar:

The PS5 one goes on sale all the time but I want the Switch version Cause Star Fox dammit.

It is very repetitive.

Just saying. Kinda No Mans Sky V1.00

At the time I got it for the physical DLC.
