Switching ISPs

Need some assistance on how to go about with this process
Currently with MWEB on Vuma Reach been having routing issues for over a month so sent in the cancelation, it will take place on December 1st
How do I go about switching to cool ideas do I wait for the 1st of December or can I call them in advance to get something scheduled for the first for example if they have any black friday specials could I sign up then and have it start on the first of December when my mweb expires been with mweb for around 19 years so switching ISP is new to me

What you can do so long, to get the admin out of the way, you can sign up through https://coolideas.co.za/coverage#/,
Simply enter your address, and hit Check coverage. After this, you can select your desired package and follow the application steps.
You can then cominicate your last date of service with your current service provider, and our team will only place the order once the line is released from Mweb.

Unfortunately we can't disclose any Black friday deals that hs not been comunicated as yet via https://coolideas.co.za/announcements/3998 or our social media pages. However, you can keep an eye out for any deals closer to the time
