Switchtel v/s Softphone

Good guys, I hope you are all well

My research informs me that Switchtel is a good service provider to go with, for VoIP services, but their services do not come with VoIP softphone. I do not want to pay Switchtel fees and VoIP softphone services separately.

Freshphone is very good, but does not provide for small business, it is only for residential purposes. Their mother-body Euphoria is just as good but more expensive than Switchtel.

Any ideas, please?

Why not look at a free softphone like Grandstream Wave? G729 support and as reliable as softphones come (they're all generally a headache and not recommended if your business relies on them).
