Synchronizing bookmarks and passwords

Is there an android app which will allow you to synchronize your chrome bookmarks as well as username/password credentials between your various android/PC laptop/desktop devices?

Chrome does an ok job for me in keeping everything synchronized. I think I just had to make sure all the sync settings were on.

As mjwitter notes, Chrome does this natively on Android and other platforms, for bookmarks at least (and to some extent, passwords too). If you can't install Chrome for some reason, Cmarks served me well in the Gingerbread days. For passwords, I use Lastpass (but you pay something every year, I forget how much).
