T-shirt design software

I'm looking for software to add logos and images to Tshirts on the PC.
Anybody aware of something like this?

Preferably opensource / Freeware, either on windows or linux.

Use Gimp.

Get a T-Shirt template online and then just use Gimp to edit the picture.
