$T# Stash App Issues

I have had the stash app / $T# for some time now have about 60k sitting in it.

Ive been unable to stash any funds from my FNB account since the end of May, they replied to my ticket saying they are working on it.

Tried logging into the app this morning, facial recognition isn’t working and my PIN isn’t being accepted. I also cannot reset me password as the link in the App isn’t working?

Any one else unable to log in?

Working fine here and just stashed some money as well. App only has fingerprint and pin login no facial recognition.
 
Deleted and reinstalled the app and now its working again. Still not able to stash via FNB.

I have decided to withdraw my cash and delete the app

I really love the APP and the concept just wish it worked a bit better

Strange my Capitec and VMCC cards both work.

Side note: don't withdraw but rather download the transfer form under help so you can move to easy equities or elsewhere. Money you withdraw under your TFSA can't be added again.
 
Hey guys, I just recently started using the Stash app. I wanted to know if it does give you money for being active, because I don't seem to be receiving any money despite connecting my Google Fit app to it. Please help me out and let me know if it is worth using, I am using an FNB card on it.

It stashes your own money daily. The only free money you get is the R50 when you sign up and inviting new users...
 
Yeah it's linked, but it doesn't seem to be tracking my activity on the app even though the feature is active.
 
You don't get “free” money. It sounds like that is your expectation, it withdraws money from your linked bank account and invests it for you.

If you exercise this is how it will work
 
Does Stash not allocate the money to a Tax Free Account?
Because if that is the case, people could accidentally over contribute, if they have other Tax Free account, and are not taking into account the Stash allocation, And also withdrawing messes up your limits.

They have a hard limit at R36k.

You cant stash anymore money once you hit the limit the system won’t allow it.

You can have any number of TFSAs so long as the total deposits don't exceed the annual allowable amount. Stash doesn't know how much you have deposited in other accounts.

Surely people should know what they're investing in? If they open multiple tax free accounts that's on them. Can't expect people to be babied...
 
Still having issues with this bloody APP. If it wasn’t so useful I wouldn’t keep trying to resolve them.

Im unable to stash any money. Screen just goes into a loop

Have tried using different cards and different banks.

Also reached out to their support who told me to change the card and delete App cache, which there isn’t an option for in iOS
