Also love this variant!

I've got three different batches of chilli's busy fermenting and will likely make a tabasco-esque sauce from one of them.

I managed to convert 2 friends this past week to the Tabasco Chipotle flavour for their pizzas in future, they say they will never buy the green bottle again.
Success

I'll say it again:

Lea & Perrins was the best hot pepper sauce by far. Less vinegar and water than Tobasco and more depth of flavor.

i been to 2 checkers in my area both the furkers dont have chipotle

and i have a rain cheque from last time for it
Chipotle flavour is not easy to find, add a coupla bottles on your next Takealot order

Lots at both Checkers Gordon's Bay and Checkers Hyper Helderberg Centre Somerset West
I gave a bottle away to one of my besties
There was nothing at Checkers Main Rd 2 days ago.

Thanx, I will go check Checkers at Helderberg Centre tomorrow as I need to go to Builders anyways
Still have 4 sealed bottles Chipotle for now

I saw this on the shelves and grabbed it. Quite nice, lots of garlic and a bit more flavour and bite than Tabasco. Though, admittedly, I got tired of the vinegary taste of Tabasco a while ago.

Original and Habanero for me. The Habanero has some great flavours in it once you get past the heat. I also like mixing a couple of drops with some mayo - goes great with fries.

If we get a chilli sauce that is a tad too hot for me, I always mix with Hellmann's mayo as a chip dip. Also great with chicken and wors off the braai, and on burgers. Best!

I used this one on a peri peri chicken, was AMAZING

I honestly dont think I have tried the garlic one either
Green was my favourite until I discovered the Chipotle. A small 60ml lasts me 2 weeks though, so it is becoming expensive as a bachelor
