Where might I be able to acquire a tin or two of those.

I picked them up from a deli here in PE. I tried some of the adobo sauce before I chucked them all in a blender for the mole for tonight's tacos. Expensive though - costs $2.40 in the US and R99 here.
 
I'm not a Dr trouble fan. The smoked sauce especially tasted a bit artificial to me. Made in Zim?
Nali sauce on the other hand....

I first had this stuff in the 90s in Malawi. Hot and tasty.
Yeah I still wanna be able to taste what meat it is I am eating. Whether it is chicken or beef.
With that sauce you have no idea what you're eating.
Might as well serve it on cardboard and save money

I love the Dr Trouble myself, just not the double-smoked one. Nali sauce is indeed great!
